Dear Interested Student,
You are part of remarkable woman apart of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, and we would love to see you join our prestigious fourth cohort. The community of the Women’s Empowerment Institutes highlights the importance of both professional and community development through workshops and community-building opportunities.
We strongly believe in our mission statement: To empower women from underrepresented populations within the Robert H. Smith School of Business to be successful personally and professionally by:

The Robert H. Smith School of Business remains dedicated to fostering student success and empowerment. At Smith, we understand that genuine success is intricately linked with financial literacy. To this end, our panel aims to debunk common myths surrounding personal finance, providing our attendees with valuable, practical knowledge to make informed financial decisions and highlighting the aspect of meeting students where they currently are financially. Meaning that this event seeks to address essential topics such as saving and budgeting, retirement and 401Ks, student loans, and credit scores as well as a discussion centered around debt management and wealth accumulation.
